JD Gyms is seeking a Duty Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the club, ensuring a safe, welcoming and high-standard experience for members. You will work with the management team to hit membership and commercial targets while maintaining brand standards.

You will lead or support colleagues, perform opening/closing duties, conduct safety checks, and help drive revenue growth, ensuring cleanliness and a professional uniform across the team.

Qualificações

• Experience leading or supporting colleagues in a leisure, fitness, hospitality or customer-focused setting.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent member service and coach/ develop staff.
• Qualified to Level 2 Gym Instructor or higher.
• Experience driving membership growth and local marketing initiatives.
• Experience in operational delivery, people leadership and commercial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of the club, including opening and closing duties.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard and deliver outstanding member service.
• Conduct safety checks daily, weekly and monthly and report defects.
• Support achievement of membership, revenue and commercial goals.
• Drive opportunities to grow secondary revenue streams and ensure high cleanliness standards.

You will help maintain high operational standards, support colleagues and ensure members receive a safe, welcoming and positive experience during every visit.Working closely with the wider management team, you will contribute to achieving membership and commercial objectives while ensuring the club operates efficiently, safely and in line with JD Gyms standards.Responsibilities:• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of the club, including opening and closing duties where required.• Flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, in line with business needs.• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.• Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety checks.
