Lampton Leisure is expanding its gymnastics programme and seeking motivated individuals to join as Gymnastics Coaches. You will deliver sessions for diverse age groups, while being supported through a funded GAI course to become accredited to run recreational gymnastics independently.
Role requires flexible weekday/weekend/holiday availability across Brentford, Heston, Hanworth and Chiswick locations, with a commitment to safe, inclusive practice.

Following the successful launch of our Recreations Gymnastics programme at Heston and Brentford, we are excited to be expanding
the programme to Hanworth and Chiswick. To support the growth of this programme, we are funding candidates to enrol on a
Gymnastics Activity Instructor (GAI) course. The Gymnastics Activity Instructor (GAI) is a standalone British Gymnastics
qualification designed as an entry point into delivering gymnastics. The course is a 4‑day training programme, and once completed
you will be accredited to independently deliver recreational gymnastics sessions.
Our Gymnastic Programme sessions will be running on weekdays, weekends and during holidays, so flexible availability is required
for the role. Positions are available at Brentford, Heston, Hanworth and Chiswick.
As qualified gymnastic coaches, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sessions, ensuring a positive and safe
experience for every participant. You will help shape the development of gymnastics within Lampton Leisure, while supporting the
growth of your team through mentoring and coaching support.

You don’t need any prior qualifications to apply, as you will be supported throughout your training but a passion for gymnastics
is a must! People will describe you as friendly, empathetic and patient. You will have a passion for creating a fun and safe
environment for all our gymnasts and will greet everyone with a smile. Your ability to jump in and communicate with adults and
children is why you would make a great Gymnastics Coach for Lampton Leisure!
Please note you must be over 18 to be enrolled on the GAI course.
