This blended role combines management of our Personal Training Team with active gym-floor duties, including delivering Personal Training and leading a range of classes to motivate members.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gym activities and ensure member safety and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead and manage the Personal Training Team and coordinate scheduling.
• Deliver Personal Training sessions and run classes as required.
• Provide exceptional member service and support to help members reach goals.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive club culture with proactive engagement.
