Job summary

Brio Leisure in Neston is seeking a Casual Gym Instructor to join the Brio Neston team and support members on their fitness journeys. You will lead Welcome Workouts, guide 1:1 sessions, and help members set goals while introducing new classes and keeping the gym tidy.

The role requires a recognised health & fitness qualification (NVQ Level 2) and experience instructing individuals and groups, with a passion for healthy living and nutrition knowledge. Hours are varied with on-site benefits.

Qualifications

• Recognised health & fitness gym instructor qualification (NVQ Level 2).
• Experience instructing individuals and groups in a gym setting.
• Knowledge of healthy living and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Lead Welcome Workouts to introduce new members to gym use.
• Conduct 1:1 sessions as part of the Member Journey programme.
• Introduce new exercise sessions and classes.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment for customers.
