JD Gyms is seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to uphold high cleanliness standards across the club and support a positive environment for members and colleagues.

You will conduct regular cleaning and safety checks, report any defects, and help maintain JD Gyms brand standards while delivering friendly service and professional support to members. Joining a growing team, you will contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming gym ambience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or cleaning/leisure sectors.
• Commitment to high cleanliness standards and safety.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with members.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and company procedures.
• Support JD Gyms brand standards across the club.
• Carry out daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure safe facilities.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the gym.
• Uphold professional appearance and uniform standards.
• Deliver excellent member service through positive interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives to promote consistent standards.
• Undertake other reasonable duties.
