JD Gyms is a rapidly expanding budget gym chain in the UK, dedicated to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards across its facilities. We seek a dedicated cleaner who can interact with members while ensuring the gym remains spotless.

The role emphasizes adherence to health and safety policies, brand standards, and participation in training videos to uphold exceptional service across the group.

Qualifications

• Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• Passion for exceeding expectations.
• Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multi task & work unsupervised.
• Effective communication skills and approachable to members and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
• Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• To ensure the whole of the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
• To ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by yourself.
• To always deliver outstanding member service.
• To participate in colleague training videos to assist in the delivery of exceptional standards across the group.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties.
