Gym and Spa Duty Manager - Part Time

Location: Wandsworth Town

Salary: £13.85 per hour

Hours: Part Time Role (Monday to Sunday)

We are looking for a Duty Manager who will thrive in a luxury spa environment and provide residents with an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities include opening and closing the facility, delivering group exercise classes, personal training, and other services, ensuring top performance to enhance residents' experience.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Promoting a thriving community within the spa
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa during shifts
• Seeking new clients and opportunities to grow personal training and massage client base
• Collaborating with the residential estate team to deliver a first-class residents experience
• Providing Personal Training sessions to meet site targets

Requirements:

• REPs Level 3 (Level 2 considered)
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• High interpersonal skills
• Experience in luxury gym/spa/hotel markets
• First aid and pool safety certification
