Gym and Spa Duty Manager

Location: Deansgate, Manchester

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Sunday

Additional hours: To be discussed (Mon-Sun), including personal training

We are seeking a Duty Manager who thrives in a luxury spa environment and aims to provide residents with an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities include opening and closing the facility, delivering group exercise classes, personal training, and other services. You will ensure excellent service and engagement, helping residents maximize their time within the spa.

The role includes:

1. Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
2. Promoting a thriving community within the spa
3. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa during your shift
4. Actively seeking new clients and opportunities to grow personal training and massage services
5. Collaborating with the residential estate team to deliver a first-class residents experience
6. Providing Personal Training sessions to meet site targets

Requirements:

• REPs Level 3 (Level 2 considered)
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in luxury gym/spa/hotel markets

Desirable attributes:

• Experience in luxury gym/spa/hotel markets
• First aid and pool safety certification
