Job summary

Piramal Grangemouth is seeking a QA Compliance Officer to support governance of the PQS at the Grangemouth site and to maintain regulatory registrations, licenses and certifications. The role ensures compliance with UK/EU/US GMP/GDP, ICH, and related guidelines while collaborating with site functions to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ QA experience working to GMP.
• Experience with QMS documentation (SOPs/Deviations/Investigations/CAPA).
• Certified Auditor Training is desirable.
• Experience supporting supplier/vendor/material approvals and audits.

Responsibilities

• Support governance of the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System (PQS).
• Maintain regulatory registrations, licenses and certifications for the site.
• Assist with self-inspections, vendor/audit activities and CAPA tracking.
• Review procedures and QMS docs per UK/EU/US guidance; support improvements.
• Lead or support quality investigations and post-audit actions.
