We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Gutter & Drainage Engineer to manage and carry out essential work for our diverse portfolio of properties. As part of our dedicated team, you will handle everything from planned maintenance to emergency repairs, all while building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct gutter and drainage visits based on a scheduled timetable, ensuring work is completed efficiently.
2. Provide quotes and identify any additional gutter issues needing attention.
3. Generate accurate reports using our mobile app system.
4. Use your expertise in drain cleaning and unblocking to resolve issues.
5. Maintain a safe driving record, with excellent knowledge of London's streets.
6. Undertake planned preventative maintenance and ad hoc repairs as required.

What We're Looking For:

1. Full UK Clean Driving License (essential).
2. CSCS Card (desirable; we can train if needed).
3. 2-4 years' Experience in Gutter & Drainage work, with knowledge of materials, tools and techniques for gutter cleaning and repairs.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
6. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems.

Salary & Benefits:

1. Salary: £25,000 - £37,000 per annum (DOE).
2. Holiday: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.
3. Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (with occasional weekend work subject to agreement).
4. Overtime: Available on occasion, depending on business needs.
