Job summary

Costa Coffee in Guildford Friary is looking for a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive outstanding customer service, and own sales, profit and people management. You’ll recruit, train and develop your team, set high standards, and ensure a welcoming store environment that reflects the Costa brand.

You’ll work with colleagues and local communities to grow the customer base, deliver consistent quality, and champion Costa values as part of a dynamic national network and ambitious growth
