Job summary

PwC UK's Data & AI Consulting team is seeking a senior Guidewire data leader to help shape insurance transformation in the UK. You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions across DataHub, InfoCenter, and CDA, partnering with business, technology and architecture teams.

You will oversee data migration, ETL, data modelling and governance within large-scale transformation programmes.

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering Guidewire data solutions (DataHub, InfoCenter, CDA).
Strong enterprise data architecture, ETL design and data modelling.
Proven delivery leadership in Guidewire Cloud or InsuranceSuite transformations.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of Guidewire data solutions across DataHub, InfoCenter, Cloud Data Access (CDA), Guidewire Data Platform and wider enterprise data ecosystems.
Define scalable data architectures, integration patterns and cloud-based solutions aligned to Guidewire and enterprise standards.
Oversee data migration, ETL development, data modelling and integration activities within large-scale insurance transformation programmes.
Establish robust data governance, quality, security and lineage controls to support business and regulatory requirements.
Partner with senior client stakeholders, architects and technology teams to shape data strategies, reporting capabilities and analytics solutions.
Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary delivery teams, supporting solution development, technical assurance and successful programme delivery.
