Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Guidewire Solution Architect to define and lead the architecture of enterprise-scale Guidewire programmes, including cloud migrations and data transformations.

You will work with business analysts, product owners, and leadership to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure Guidewire solutions and oversee performance, security, and operational readiness across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• The role requires hands-on leadership across Guidewire platforms and cloud migrations.
• Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance processes and Guidewire modules.
• Experience designing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and enterprise patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture and delivery roadmaps for Guidewire programmes.
• Lead architecture across Guidewire core platforms and Cloud migrations.
• Guide configurations, workflows, data extensions, and product models.
• Design integrations with CRM, data warehousing, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership and code/design reviews.
• Drive non-functional excellence: performance, security, resilience.
