Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Guidewire implementations (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter).
• Strong understanding of insurance industry processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Background in business process reengineering or change management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment.
• Lead the Technical design of Guidewire solutions.
• Support Business Analysis teams on requirements gathering.
• Oversee configuration of Guidewire modules.
• Act as primary point of escalation for Technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation.
