As we continue to scale, we are expanding our Guidewire PolicyCenter development team in Belfast, offering talented engineers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact insurance systems.

The Role:
We're looking for experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developers to join the growing Belfast team. You'll be working on the design, development, and enhancement of PolicyCenter, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions in a dynamic, Agile environment.
• Work on policy administration workflows, rules configuration, and integrations with external systems.
• Optimise system performance and enhance functionality to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and testers to ensure seamless system delivery.
• Provide technical expertise and contribute to best practices in Guidewire development.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in Guidewire PolicyCenter development.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Gosu scripting, Guidewire Studio, and Java.
Integration Knowledge: Experience with Guidewire integration mechanisms (GX Model, Web Services, Message Queues, APIs).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Industry Experience: Insurance or financial services background is a plus.
Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Belfast (relocation support available).
