Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an experienced Guidewire data leader to shape data architectures and deliver enterprise data and analytics solutions for insurers. You will drive design across DataHub, InfoCenter, CDA, and Guidewire Data Platform, collaborating with business, technology and architecture teams to unlock data value.

You will lead data migration, ETL, modelling, and integration within large-scale transformation programmes, while ensuring governance, security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• You have deep experience delivering Guidewire data solutions (DataHub, InfoCenter, CDA, Data Studio or Guidewire Data Platform).
• You have expertise in enterprise data architecture, ETL design, data modelling and integration patterns in complex insurance environments.
• You have led data workstreams or technical delivery within Guidewire Cloud or InsuranceSuite transformations.
• You understand insurance data across Policy, Claims, Billing and Customer domains.
• You have experience delivering cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics using cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Guidewire data solutions across DataHub, InfoCenter, CDA, Data Platform and related ecosystems.
• Define scalable data architectures and cloud-based solutions aligned to Guidewire standards.
• Oversee data migration, ETL development, modelling and integration in large insurance programmes.
• Establish governance, quality, security and data lineage controls to support regulatory needs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to shape data strategies and analytics capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful programme delivery.

About The Role

As insurers modernise their core platforms and migrate to Guidewire Cloud, the demand for scalable, data-driven solutions has never been greater. We are looking for experienced Guidewire data leaders who can combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership to help clients unlock value from their data.

Working at the heart of complex Guidewire transformation programmes, you'll lead the design and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions, partnering with business, technology and architecture teams to drive successful outcomes for some of the UK's leading insurance organisations.

What your days will look like

• Lead the design and delivery of Guidewire data solutions across DataHub, InfoCenter, Cloud Data Access (CDA), Guidewire Data Platform and wider enterprise data ecosystems.


• Define scalable data architectures, integration patterns and cloud-based solutions aligned to Guidewire and enterprise standards.


• Oversee data migration, ETL development, data modelling and integration activities within large-scale insurance transformation programmes.


• Establish robust data governance, quality, security and lineage controls to support business and regulatory requirements.


• Partner with senior client stakeholders, architects and technology teams to shape data strategies, reporting capabilities and analytics solutions.


• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary delivery teams, supporting solution development, technical assurance and successful programme delivery.

The role is for you if

• You have strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, ETL design, data modelling and integration patterns within complex insurance environments.
