We’re looking for a part-time door host to join our talented team at Phonox.

Our host will be the first point of contact with all of the guests at our club and provide a warm and memorable experience. You should be able to confidently handle cash and take card payments. We are looking for a genuine and vibrant individual who radiates positive energy on every shift.

What You’ll Do

1. Be the first point of contact for our guests – welcoming them with warmth and professionalism
2. Manage guest lists, ticketing, and entry flow with efficiency and attention to detail
3. Work closely with security and management to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
4. Help create a seamless and memorable arrival experience for every guest
5. Represent Phonox at all times

What We’re Looking For

1. A natural people person – friendly, confident, and composed
2. Previous front-of-house or hosting experience is ideal but not essential
3. Comfortable handling busy environments and high volumes of guests
4. Passionate about music, nightlife, and delivering great customer experiences

What To Expect

1. Competitive Pay: £12.50 - £15.00 per hour. Wages paid every two weeks on a Friday.
