About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Guest Services Team working on our resort Receptions and Call Centre. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, managing check-in at drive-through booths and resolving guest queries via phone and live chat. You will liaise with facilities, accommodation, and resort teams to ensure the best guest experience using various communication methods, mainly our in-house systems, phone, and radio.

Working alongside a supportive team, you will develop skills and confidence to excel in your role. The role involves full-time hours, with shifts between 8am and 9pm, including weekends.

About You

A good level of administration and computer skills is required, and training on our systems will be provided. A friendly manner and love for chatting with people are essential. Previous experience is welcome but not necessary. Eagerness to learn our accommodation standards and a team-oriented attitude are important. Enjoying a busy environment and trying new things will help you succeed.
