What you will be doing:
  • Welcoming guests upon arrival, ensuring check-in and check-out are smooth and accurate.
  • Providing high-quality service to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Managing guest reservations and assisting in the restaurant and bar areas.
  • Contributing to departmental objectives and promoting the hotel's offerings.
  • Looking after breakfast, restaurant, and bar services.
  • Implementing brand standards and group projects.
  • Anticipating and responding to guest needs and complaints promptly.
  • Representing a positive hotel image and respecting reservation commitments.
Experience and skills:
  • Service-oriented personality; experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Your team and working environment:

You will be a vital part of the reception team, making our guests feel at home from arrival to departure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £12.00 per hour
