Portico - Reception Team Leader

Portico is seeking a Reception Team Leader to join our team within a firm in the City of London.

The Reception Team Leader will oversee and direct our reception team, managing visitor and staff arrivals, meet & greet, onsite events, meeting room management, and setup.

This role is hands-on, involving all aspects of reception operations. An open-minded, adaptable, and flexible approach is essential in our dynamic business environment.

You will be the first point of contact for team members, requiring excellent coaching skills and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence to deliver world-class customer service.

The Reception Team Leader will work closely with staff, clients, and service partners, building relationships at all levels and representing the firm proudly.

  • Hours: 40 hours/week, between 7:00 and 19:00
  • Salary: £40,000 per annum
