The Role

First impressions really matter, and as a Guest Services team member your role is a pivotal part of this! This role is perfect for a friendly individual who can work under pressure and really cares about going the extra mile for our guests. On a typical day, you’ll find yourself assisting guests on our main Reception desk, dealing with guest queries and booking, communicating with a variety of people via the phone, emails and social media, processing payments… and generally ensuring our guests are having a fantastic time.

We will give you full training and support, but there are a couple of things we need:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Flexibility with ability to work weekends/evenings
  • Excellent customer service and IT skills

This role is full time ,40 hours a week, hours are distributed via a rota and include weekend/evening working (hours of work can be between 8am and 8pm). Due to the nature of our business there is a need for flexibility, especially during our peak season.
