Knoll House in Studland is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our Guest Services / Front of House team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and ensuring a memorable stay from arrival to departure.

We value hospitality passion and delivering excellent service, with training provided for the Opera booking system. Full-time role, with shifts across early and late hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous guest-facing or customer service experience is preferred.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay
• Handling bookings, enquiries, and payments
• Managing arrivals and departures
• Using the Opera booking system (training provided)
• Delivering outstanding customer service to both new and returning guests
