Are you a natural leader with a passion for people and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Cofton Holidays in beautiful Devon is looking for a Guest Services Manager to lead our front-of-house team and be the face of our award-winning holiday park.
About The Role
As our Guest Services Manager, you’ll ensure guests are welcomed warmly and supported throughout their stay. From check-in to check-out, and every interaction in between, your mission is to deliver outstanding service and lead a team who are just as passionate about hospitality as you are.
This role covers everything guest-related — from pre-arrival communications and bookings to post-stay feedback and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day running of the department.
- Lead and support the reception and guest services team.
- Ensure guests are greeted, and check-ins/check-outs, enquiries are dealt with efficiently.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and empathetically.
- Oversee online bookings, pool/activity scheduling, and admin tasks.
- Liaise with other departments (accommodation, maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Coach and develop team members to deliver consistently high standards.
- Track all aspects of booking to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar customer-facing management role
- Advance business administration experience
- Excellent IT and typing skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Calm under pressure, with great communication and leadership skills
- Confident using booking/reservation systems and handling payments

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week including weekends
- Shifts scheduled via weekly rota between 8:00am and 8:00pm
- Sundays and one weekday off
