A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking a Corporate Guest Services Manager to oversee new welcome teams for a major accounting and consulting firm. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring top-level service delivery across various locations in the south of England, leveraging their management experience and excellent communication skills to drive employee development and service efficiency.

Reporting into the Account Director, the successful Guest Services Manager will oversee our Welcome Teams in the south and provide strategic welcome assistance to our location Managers, ensuring that we deliver five-star service across our teams in Reading, Gatwick, Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Bristol, Cardiff, and Southampton. They will also oversee the Regional Manager for the North, assisting with team management when needed.
Hours: 40 hours per week, as required
Salary: £55,000
Location: The successful candidate can be based out of either London or Reading. Travel to all locations will be necessary.
The Guest Services Manager will be an experienced Senior Manager who has managed a large team within a corporate or five-star hospitality environment. They will have an inspirational and motivational character and relish the opportunity to assist and develop our people.
Alongside their HR and management experience, the Guest Services Manager will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance management and operational duties effectively.
Innovative ideas will come naturally to the successful candidate, who will thrive on reviewing, creating, and implementing processes to improve service effectiveness, ensuring our account remains market leading!
Excellent people and communication skills are essential, as they will need to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and take ownership of delivering projects in a busy, ever-changing environment.
