A leading amusement park operator located in Aberdeen City is looking for a dedicated individual to ensure excellent guest experiences and efficiently handle enquiries at various locations, including ticketing and admission areas. Responsibilities include checking documents, preparing reports, and maintaining high professional standards. A comprehensive understanding of relevant systems and attention to guest feedback are essential for this role.
The incumbent will be responsible for creating excellent guest experience and handling guest enquiries via all guest areas at ticketing & enquiry counter, admission gate and cabana area. He/she has to be knowledgeable of all systems and procedures and ensure effective execution. He/she will also assist to check documents submitted by ticket sellers against computer sales records and to prepare various reports to senior management. He/she has to maintain a professional self-image of the highest standards within the Park and follow-up guest comments and requests to relevant with appropriate departments.
