Overview
We are excited to have the opportunity for someone to join our fantastic Guest Services Team at the Drift Inn. The expectations we have in relation to standards are high. Your main focus will be to look after our guests and provide excellent customer service to them. Your day will be varied, checking our guests in and out, answering any queries they may have and be the face of the hotel. Ultimately, you will be helping our guests to have a positive and memorable experience. This role is 24 hours per week working any 3 days out of 7.
