Guest Services Assistant (Nights), Nottingham
The role
Our Nights Guest Service Assistants are responsible for ensuring every guest receives a safe, outstanding experience during out-of-hours. This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager and is part of a team based at our hotel in Derby-Nottingham M1J25 (NG10 5NJ).
Beyond that, you'll embody our company values and culture, ensuring service excellence remains our top priority.
Other titles for this role include Front Office Assistant, Food and Beverage Assistant, Guest Experience Assistant, or Hotel Services Assistant.

Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role and a passion for excellent customer service are preferred. The ability to anticipate guest needs is highly desirable. Comfort with technology, including MS Office, is also beneficial.
