Job summary

Trump Turnberry is looking for friendly front desk team members to welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, take payments and answer questions at our legendary hotel in Turnberry. This casual, as-and-when required role requires a courteous manner, IT proficiency, and the ability to stay calm during busy periods; experience with Opera is advantageous and hospitality experience is welcomed.

Trump Turnberry is ready to receive applications from exceptional, talented individuals who are eager to join our legendary team.

Position Purpose:

To welcome guests to the Hotel, answer guest questions and resolve guest problems. To perform check-in, check-out duties and receive payments from guests. The position is available on a casual 'as and when' required position.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous reception of guests
• Record and administer arrivals and departures
• Communication and recording of complaints
• Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals
• Ensure guest’s immediate requirements are catered for and anticipate the needs of our guests
• Accurate receipt of payments from guests for their stay

Qualification Standards:

• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
• The successful candidate will be polite and have a courteous manner with a friendly and welcoming personality
• You must be proficient in operating IT and online systems, previous experience with Opera would be advantageous
• Candidates must be [assionate about delivering excellence in customer service
• Previous experience in Hospitality preferred but not essential
