Guest Services Agent - Luxury Hotel in London

The Front Office department is seeking a passionate Guest Services Agent to deliver outstanding service at this stunning hotel.

Working pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off / 40 hours per week

We are looking for someone with prior hotel Guest Services Agent experience, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. This role offers excellent progression opportunities and is ideal for someone enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service.

As a Guest Services Agent, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to guest inquiries in line with our mission: “no request is too large, no detail is too small”
  • Providing warm and caring service to our guests
  • Ensuring all arrival rooms are prepared according to guest preferences
  • Representing Red Carnation Hotels with our “passion for excellence” ethos
  • Communicating and collaborating with hotel departments regarding regular guests, VIPs, and their requirements
