A leading service company in Bristol is seeking a Guest Services Host. This role involves being the first point of contact and providing exceptional customer service while managing a range of reception duties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive approach. We are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Host to join our team, based in the Bristol offices of a Portico client in the financial services industry!
In this reception-based role, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all queries. They will also work closely with the firm’s staff, as well as other service partners to provide the best possible level of customer service to all.
With a range of duties across Reception, Switchboard, Facilities, and Post, this role is a real 'go-to' role for the clients within and visiting this building. Conveying an attitude where no request is too big and no detail is too small, the successful Guest Services Host will provide a friendly, larger-than-life welcome, whilst remaining security conscious. They will also know the difference between being discreet and going the extra mile to anticipate the needs of their guests.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, 8 working hours per day
Salary: £26,523 per annum
We are looking for a friendly person with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients, as well as possessing strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen level of proactivity across tasks.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service within a similar role.
A fire warden and first aid trained candidate is highly desirable.
