As a Guest Service Assistant, you’ll be the first person guests meet when they arrive and the last to wish them farewell.

You’ll handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and charm, assist with reservations and guest enquiries, and coordinate with all departments to make sure every stay runs seamlessly.

Your role is all about creating moments of genuine connection and making guests feel truly at home in this extraordinary setting.

As Guest Service Assistant / Receptionist you will:

• Provide an exceptional guest experience
• Welcome guests in a professional, friendly manner to ensure guests immediately feel at home
• Escort all guests when possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and order on the driveway.
• Load and unload luggage into guests’ cars or taxis.
• Handle all personal items with care so that no damage occurs
• Maintain accurate records of the movement of luggage in and out of the hotel
• Exceed guests’ expectations by providing discreet and personalised service
