Job summary

Kew Green Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to be at the heart of the guest experience, with full training to work across all guest-facing areas of the hotel, from reception to food and beverage, kick starting your career in hospitality. The role also covers check in/out, restaurant service, and event setups.

You’ll build genuine relationships with guests and help maintain brand standards with outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for people and hospitality. Experience is great but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to work as part of a team.
• A proactive approach; you notice what needs to be done and make it happen.
• Comfortable using technology including MS Office and similar tools.

Our Guest Service Assistants are at the heart of the guest experience, making sure every visitor feels welcome and cared for. You’ll receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas of the hotel, from reception to food and beverage, making this the perfect opportunity to kick start your career in hospitality.

Other businesses may call this role Receptionist, Food & Beverage Assistant, Guest Experience Assistant, or Hotel Services Assistant.

This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager.

What you’ll do

• Support with tasks including check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
