What you'll be doing...
- Welcoming guests with a friendly smile, making their first impression memorable from check-in to check-out.
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assisting guests with questions about local attractions, dining options, and services.
- Processing bookings and payments accurately for a hassle-free stay.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Maintaining a professional and inviting front desk environment.
- Managing calls, emails, and reservations with efficiency, staying composed under pressure.
- Going the extra mile to accommodate special requests, enhancing guest satisfaction.
