What you'll be doing...

• Welcoming guests warmly, making their first impression memorable from check-in to check-out
• Handling check-ins, check-outs, and assisting guests throughout their stay
• Providing local recommendations and answering guest questions
• Processing bookings and payments accurately for a hassle-free experience
• Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests promptly
• Maintaining a professional and inviting front desk environment
• Managing calls, emails, and reservations efficiently, even under pressure
• Going the extra mile to accommodate special requests and enhance guest experiences
