- Welcoming guests warmly, making their first impression memorable from check-in to check-out
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and assisting guests throughout their stay
- Providing local recommendations and answering guest questions
- Processing bookings and payments accurately for a hassle-free experience
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests promptly
