Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant for a Holiday Inn property in Taunton. You’ll work across reception, restaurant and events, delivering warm hospitality and helping guests feel welcome from check-in to check-out.

You’ll receive full training, join a friendly team, and have opportunities for career development, staff discounts, and access to gym & wellbeing resources. Prior experience is not essential, just a positive, proactive approach.

Job description

Our Guest Service Assistants are at the heart of the guest experience, making sure every visitor feels welcome and cared for. You’ll receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas of the hotel, from reception to food and beverage, making this the perfect opportunity to kick start your career in hospitality.

Other businesses may call this role Receptionist, Food & Beverage Assistant, Guest Experience Assistant, or Hotel Services Assistant.

This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager.

What you’ll do
