Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests and support across reception, restaurant, bar, and events. You’ll receive full training to work across guest-facing areas, helping you start a career in hospitality.

Our Guest Service Assistants are at the heart of the guest experience, making sure every visitor feels welcome and cared for. You’ll receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas of the hotel, from reception to food and beverage, making this the perfect opportunity to kick start your career in hospitality.

Other businesses may call this role Receptionist, Food & Beverage Assistant, Guest Experience Assistant, or Hotel Services Assistant.

This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager.

What you’ll do
