We want you to make our guests feel personally welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have their best holiday ever, from the moment they check in to the moment they leave. You will deputise in the absence of the Guest Services Manager and help with the smooth running of the department.

As a Guest Services Assistant, we want you to make our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have their best holiday ever, from check-in to departure. Your role, always with a friendly smile, will include:

  • Meeting and greeting guests and checking them in and out
  • Making bookings for activities and dealing with inquiries
  • Resolving complaints in a way that makes guests properly looked after

Holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work on weekends and bank holidays too.
