Zedwell GW - Reception in London is seeking a Night Guest Service Agent to be the face and soul of our brand, coordinating front desk tasks from reservations to guest requests and ensuring smooth night operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a Front Office or hosting role, delivers empathetic customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment within our six-hotel portfolio.

• Minimum 1 year in a Front Office Role or similar hosting role.

What you will be doing

You will be the ‘face and soul’ of our brand. You will also coordinate all front desk activities including preparing the space for our guests, taking calls, reservations, and requests, and dealing with guest issues pragmatically and empathetically.

As a Night Guest Service Agent, you should caring & attentive. The ideal candidate should be able to deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach.
