Job summary

Zedwell - Greenwich is seeking a Night Guest Service Agent to be the face and soul of our brand in the heart of London. You will coordinate all front desk activities, welcome guests, handle reservations and requests, and ensure a calm, welcoming environment during night hours.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a Front Office or hosting role, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to resolve guest issues with empathy and pragmatism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Front Office role or similar hosting role.
• Ability to handle guest issues with empathy and pragmatism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all front desk activities including preparing the space for guests, taking calls, reservations and requests.

What you will be doing

You will be the ‘face and soul’ of our brand. You will also coordinate all front desk activities including preparing the space for our guests, taking calls, reservations, and requests, and dealing with guest issues pragmatically and empathetically.

As a Night Guest Service Agent, you should caring & attentive. The ideal candidate should be able to deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach.
