Job summary

HotelCare are seeking an enthusiastic Room Attendant to maintain impeccable cleanliness in guest rooms across our hotels. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred.
• Experience as a room attendant or similar role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens and towels, restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces for hygiene.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure room security and guest privacy.
• Provide courteous service to guests and respond to requests.
