Job summary

HotelCare are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to uphold impeccable cleanliness across guests' rooms in our hotel network. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

The role offers flexible hours, up to 28 days holidays, on-site training, pension enrollment after 3 months, and progression opportunities through apprenticeships. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hospitality housekeeping role preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Flexible and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash, restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure guest room security and guests' privacy.
• Provide professional and respectful service and respond to guest requests.
