Guest Relations Team Member

As a member of the Guest Relations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a truly unforgettable experience whilst at the retreat. This varied role involves supporting the Guest Relations Manager in all aspects of business operations. You will be the first point of contact for all guests on site and will set the tone for a unique experience, so a natural flair and passion for hospitality are essential.

Your responsibilities will include working with the Guest Relations Manager and the hospitality team to deliver an exceptional experience, including but not limited to:

  1. Checking guests in and out, becoming proficient with the CRM system
  2. Leading and assisting with guest tours and experiences on site
  3. Consulting with guests to ensure they have an exceptional experience, acting as a primary point of contact
  4. Liaising with the hospitality and operations teams to ensure operational success
  5. Promoting the company's values and ethos, becoming a true brand ambassador
Package
  • Salaries starting from £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Opportunity to earn a 10% bonus based on KPIs

Our client is developing a luxury wellness resort on 100 acres of farmland in Bridport, featuring a vineyard, livestock, and wellness products. As a Guest Relations Team member, you will ensure guests have an exceptional stay by attending to their needs, making their experience relaxing and enjoyable. You will serve as the friendly face of the resort, performing reception duties and other guest relations tasks across the property.
