Job Description:

Located in a beautiful country setting with over bedrooms including over 30 opulent suites, the hotel also features fabulous dining experiences, elegant event spaces, and a wellness-focused destination with extensive spa and fitness facilities.

Fairmont Windsor Park is looking for a Guest Relations Manager devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests. The successful Guest Relations Manager will deliver high standards and memorable guest service across the front of house and communal areas within the hotel.

The individual will also ensure guest satisfaction is met, while overseeing customer service standards in the lobby and communal areas to align with our brand standards.

Other duties and responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of VIP arrivals
  • Managing the completion and preparation of all services for arriving guests and VIPs
  • Managing and assisting in all Front Desk operations
  • Coordinating the VIP Lounge operation and overseeing the service delivery

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience leading a team
  • Excellent organization and delegation skills
  • Charismatic presence in the lobby
