Rick Stein Restaurants is looking for an enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress to join our front‑of‑house team. Great food, genuine hospitality and a place to grow are at the heart of what we offer. Join us to help create relaxed, memorable dining experiences.

If you love talking to guests and sharing knowledge of our menus, daily specials and drinks, we want you on our team. Previous waiting experience is welcome, but we’ll train the right person.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and natural hospitality.
• Waiting experience preferred but training provided.
• Interest in food, wine and seafood.
• Confidence to recommend dishes, sides and drinks.
• Team player in a busy, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Create relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Share knowledge of menus, daily specials and drinks with confidence.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar to deliver seamless service.
