Job summary

Center Parcs Elveden Forest is seeking a part-time Housekeeping - Service Support Assistant to help keep lodges clean, safe and guest-ready. You will deep-clean, replenish linen and inventory, and support stores and laundry, ensuring smooth operation across the village.

The role requires good communication, attention to detail and a flexible approach to shifts between 10:00 and 14:45, with a guaranteed minimum of 38 hours over 4 weeks. A driving licence may be required for some duties.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence may be required for some duties.
• Willingness to undertake trailer training if needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare and support accommodation areas to agreed standards, including deep-cleaning tasks when required.
• Deliver, collect and replenish linen, towels, furniture, cleaning materials and inventory across accommodation and village locations.
• Support stock, stores, laundry and logistics activity, including receiving deliveries, loading and unloading vehicles, and completing records accurately.
• Carry out guest-ready, health and safety or smoke detector checks where required, reporting defects or maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to guests and colleagues while working safely, efficiently and to high standards.
• Work flexibly across different Housekeeping support activities, which may include outdoor work and manual handling tasks.
