Job summary

Potters Resorts is hiring for a restaurant role at its Five Lakes resort. You will deliver exceptional guest service across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, set up and reset tables, maintain high standards of cleanliness and attend allergen training.

The role is full-time with 40 hours per week and three daily service windows. Starting immediately for the right candidate, you will join a busy, vibrant team in a luxury resort environment, with opportunities for training and career development

Qualifications

• Previous waiting experience is not essential, but advantageous.
• Ability to build rapport with guests and assist with dietary or allergen requirements.
• Teamwork to ensure exceptional service at each meal during the stay.
• Attention to detail to keep the workstation clean, tidy and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Provide fantastic customer service to all guests.
• Serve guests breakfast, lunch and dinner during their stay.
• Set up tables, clear and re-lay for next service.
• Polish cutlery, crockery and glasses and keep areas clean.
• Work in a fast-paced and energetic role with resort knowledge.
• Attend training on dietary and allergen requirements.
