Job summary

BH Group in Exmouth is seeking friendly Food & Beverage Assistants to join our restaurant and bar team, delivering warm service and memorable guest experiences. You don’t need to know everything about hospitality yet; attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

You’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve drinks, learn menus, prepare spaces, keep areas tidy, and work closely with the kitchen and hotel team to create great experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and make them feel at home.
• Take food and drink orders and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Serve food, wines, cocktails and other drinks in our restaurant and bar.
• Learn our menus so you can confidently make recommendations.
• Prepare the restaurant and bar for service.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and looking their best.
• Work closely with the kitchen and the wider hotel team.
• Notice the little things that can turn good service into a great experience.
