Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, wine lists, and allergens.
• Keep tables clean and reset for next guests.
• Handle guest queries or complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Assist with preparation, restocking, and cleaning of restaurant/bar areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene per health and safety regs.
• Support colleagues and contribute to team morale.
• Attend team meetings and training to improve service.
