Job summary

CHUCS Bar & Grill in Hounslow is seeking an experienced front-of-house supervisor to manage the restaurant day to day, ensure service standards, and implement company policies.

You will lead the front-of-house team, upsell, handle customer queries and complaints, and work with senior staff to maintain health, safety and brand standards across all shifts.

This role requires flexibility to work 5 days out of 7 including weekends and a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and front-of-house roles.
• Ability to upsell and maintain brand standards.
• Knowledge of food and wine is preferred.
