Job summary

Malmaison is seeking people who are passionate about guest experiences to join our front-of-house team. You will be the face of the restaurant, coordinating with the Kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining flow and exceptional service.

We offer career training with nationally recognised apprenticeships and a variety of benefits. We operate 7 days a week, with flexible shifts discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Passion for great guest experiences.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant, helping to control flow and communicating with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
• Work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with flexible patterns discussed at interview.
• Support training and development through the brand's apprenticeship programmes where available.
